On podcast number 2 - Marilyn Monroe, meeting famous people in toilets and the first of our monthly weight loss updates.
We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who listened to last week's podcast, we really appreciate the love and the feedback. We know the tech was a little ropey, but we think we've fixed some of the issues for this week, but it is a working progress.
What can you expect from podcast number 2?
WELL!
Over the weekend, Lucy finally got to redeem her Christmas pressie, I bought her tickets to go to the Marilyn Monroe exhibition at the Arches in London Bridge (not to be confused with Grant and Phil Mitchell's arches in "Eastenders", do they still own it?)
Lucy has always been a massive Marilyn Monroe fan, so this felt as close as we will ever come to being in her presence.
After we'd been to the exhibition we went to grab something to eat and Lucy bumped in to a famous person in the loo..... not the first time either of us has encountered a famous person in a toilet. You can find out who in the podcast.
We'll also give you the first update of our Slinky journey and how well we've done losing weight in the first month of the year.
And finally I categorically refuse to watch anything that I know will make me cry, whereas Lucy has been convinced to go and watch a musical I have taken an oath (not a leagally binding one, no one is really going to care whether I see it or not) to never see this particular show.
Plus... and this will make sense when you listen, it's not actual Morgan Freeman!
